I am studying inertial sensors (microgyroscopes in particular) and everyone claim that they drive their systems at the resonant frequency. Doesn't that lead to excess strain (due to large amplitude) and failure of the system. What is the order of damping constant 'zeta'
(or 1/2Q) in the systems?
