Approx 4000 Sq Ft - includes Perkins-Elmer 4400 sputtering system, Plasm-Therm PD-2411 Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Depositor, Semifab WPS-400-S wet process chemical bench, Technics Planaretch II-A Plasma Etcher, and a Technics Plasma Asher.
