miller, lincoln, thermal dynamics, hobart are all good machines, i dont like the lincoln because it has a plastic drive roll housing, hit the gun cable where it plugs into machine or tighten drive roll down to tight and the plastic breaks, hobart is made by miller and the thermal machine used to made by hobart(hobart sold partly to miller and partly to thermal) miller good about warranty repair and getting parts for repair fast to customer, not real sure about thermal cust support and parts, so i choose whatever is least expensive except lincoln, just my opinion, one thing i know for sure is that evetually it WILL break whatever u choose
