Mac the knife is right to a point, no you can't change the power on your 451, however if it was an inverter like the XMT 304, or Lincoln 300 or 350 pro, your certainly could switch from 3 to single phase.

Sooo, to make a long story short, you would need a rotary converter to pull another phase in, BUT, the amperage needed to run your machine at the data plate input is way to too high to begin with, that it's just not worth all the hassle
