Without knowing the wire, or gas your using, and not having a wiring diagram on this particular machine. All things being correct, ie gun liner, wire size, tip, and wire roll brake being adjusted. My first guess would be that your tip is not at least 1/16" inside your nozzle, my second guess would be that you've lost a SCR.
