Lincoln Miller

A 115 Vac (Black) 115 Vac (black)
J Circuit common 115 Vac(white) 115Vac Common
B Ground Ground (Green)
C jumpered to 115Vac Black on the MP65
Returns through "D" into the contactor on the MP65

Jumper the connections at the 115Vac plug. The common is also jumpered to the contactor plug.
There ya go. It's relatively easy, Ehhhhh.
