you will need to know the material identification number for the casting. If it is a stainless the, range will be fairly wide, and castings will probably follow the 300's (302 304 308 316) system. Most large scrapyards have a laser system to identify various forms of alloys. If you ask nice they may do it for nothing. This may be too specific for what you are doing, although the nickel and chromium content sounds very high, and may be a special grade. I'm no alchemist so don't take my word for it.
