So don't use that info!!!

Instead pull the top cover, remove the Idle soliniod and clean the rod and soliniod with emery. Often Miller doesn't check the position of the solinoid assembly, I've seen alot of machines with the solinoid on an angle with the idle rod, so it tends to rub, and stick on the housing. So when you put it back in check and align the rod with the solinoid.

Again NEVER screw with the Governor. I think your idle is still 38 - 43Vdc, high idle is around 70Vdc in DC+
