However, if you pull the covers off, the schematic is mounted on the underside of one of the panels.

1. If the unit buzzes and throws the breaker, one of the diodes is shot. Only one tends to blow out of the 4.

2. If the feeder doesn't work, first check the gun wiring to the trigger. What I do is jumper the trigger leads together at the welder. If that is ok, the control board is probably shot. It is difficult to repair as it is heavily soaked in varnish.

And thats about all that goes wrong in these.
