An Sp100 is not made by Lincoln, some company called Handy core makes them.
The sp135 is made by Lincoln, anyways, I'd definately stick with the True Blue miller. But it's up to you, $500 is a bit high for this model, and $300 is really really high for an SP100 which has trouble running the extra small 024" wire.
The Lincoln 135 is on par with MillerMatic 130. The nice thing about Miller's version is the 115 Volt 20 Amp input power, while the Lincoln 135 needs 230 to run, as does the MigMate 150.

It's really not a tough choice, the 150 is still the way to go.
