I have a 220V hand held spot welder and need some help.

It's a Tecno Car Model Omega Mat 42 C and I haven't been able to locate any information on it.
(I think it was made in Italy --- it was new old product when I bought it 3 months ago, had never had a power plug installed on it).

I was using it until a couple of days ago, and now it's completely dead. I took the power cord panel off looking for a fuse, saw a circuit board, but no fuse.

Do you have any information or suggestions?
