Yep, all inverter type welders can be converted to run in single phase, and all wiring is the same, to convert 3 to single, simply cut and tape the red wire.
Remember though, that your input amperage will be somewhat higher than on 3 phase, and therefore, by electrical code, you will have to run a larger sized input cable.
