Just want to say be carefull not to dump to much money into a old machine, you can buy a Miller trailblazer pretty cheap that will out perform the old heavy machine, I also relize that if your a pipe welder there is probally no chance to sway you, I know they love those machines.I myself am not a good enouph welder to notice a big difference.However I own the best portable welder ever made,Its called the miller pipe pro and it will knock your sox off its a inverter with a motor connected to it. I used to have a 200amp lincoln that did a pretty good job welding even with a dead cylinder.
