hi can anyone give me some help i have just started working in a a radiator (motor cars)cooling systems shop and my boss and i have bought a tig and have started to rebuild (recore) alloy radiators for motor bikes & cars plus some truck intercoolers now my problem is how do i clean the alloy to weld it cleanly ive tried sandblasting ,wire buffing,grinding but it welds clean to start then comes up ruff & crystalised i need expert help!!!!its driven me crazy we think its the coolant in the alloy any ideas would be appreciated
