I also cut and join these materials. Although I do not have a Hypertherm Powermax 600, I can tell you my PowerMax350 has been a delight. The ads are true in that the consumables last far longer than the competition and the machines are as reliable as a brick -- never a hiccup. I would love to move up to a 600 myself, soo...if you want to buy my 350 (can't afford to own both!).

By the way the absolute best price for the 600 with a 25' torch is at norco-inc.com (you can write James at jamesm@norco-inc.com -- about $1450 new. Good luck. - Phil
