Yes That is the exact configuration. The large dia. is 20" and the small one is around 6". The unit has 3 spokes and about 8 " of offset between the 2 diameters. Cross sectional area in the areas of the failure is around 1 sq. in. Cross sectional area varies little on all these features. Each of the spokes is fractured and the large ring has one fracture thru it. This failure resulted from an impact with concrete. Strength is not a major issue with this unit since it is drastically overbuilt for what it is used for and it is not required to be operated very often. However A neat looking repair would be very desirable. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
