The newest arc gun is featured on our site at http://www.usalloysweldtech.com and the latest thing in wire for us is our new SW200T general purpose wire. It provides machinable yet wear resistant coatings with up to 65% less smoke and fume generation and less wear on wire guides. The spray pattern is tight which results in more material being deposited on smaller spray targets and a better as finished appearance. This wire is especially suited to build-up on cast iron substrates. In as much as affordability of the system is concerned, that would depend on the intended end use of the machine .
