Since our country was attacked by the international thugs this past month, our company has kept me busy with various projects that have not allowed much time to operate this board. I appreciate the participation by those who have posted both questions and answers and realize that all of us are caught up in the aftermath of the events of Sept. 11th in some fashion. Once again, thank you for taking the time.

One thing that we have done at U.S. Alloys in the way of going forward is to introduce a new 'twin wire arc system'. I have spent quite a few hours adding it to our web site and would like to invite all to have a look. It's not something that will fit everyones budget or shop requirements......it's just a very unique and high tech way of doing things that in many cases could not be done by any other means. I thoroughly enjoy the chance to do a live demo where I spray metal on my business card and then on my arm. It's just a blast to see peoples reactions.

It can be accessed from the home page by clicking on the Metallising/Surface Engineering link. That takes you to the Metallising page. You can even click on a link under the picture of the arc gun and go to yet another page devoted exclusively to it. More pics are available there.
