The Miller 130 is a great machine! I have one thats
about 10 years old, gets used all the time in a
machine shop with grinding dust and painting all
around it, and it works fine. I had to replace the gun
after about 6 years but thats all Iv ever done. I
know other people with them as well and they all love
theirs to. They are rugged well built machines, they
say portable but they are heavy! The 130 is good for
about 1/4" work, the 175 can do up to about 7/16"
maybe even 1/2". The 130 is a 115V unit and the 175
is a 230V unit. The 130 works best with .023" er70s
wire & 75 / 25% gas. You could go with .030" wire with
the 175. (Depending on what you are doing.) If you
have any questions you want to ask just email me.
Good luck, Duane.
