To see actual speed(RPM) on a RAC3 you can push the up or down arrow key until the display shows
"N" and the present RPM should be displayed to the right of the "N". I don't know of a way to change speed of the drive while in operation(from the keypad). But there are parameters that you can adjust the full speed RPM, Ramps Etc.
