Would it be possible to use a normal electronic/1.5V powered alarm clock as signal/pulse source to actuate a servo (Futaba3003 or S148)? Purpose would be as timed release mechanism for an animal feeder. It only needs to used once and the feeder would be reset manually once a day. From the clock a pulsed 0.15V signal is send to the clock buzzer/alarm. Could this be used? Situated in Africa, limited electronic resources - any ideas/suggestions would be welcomed.
