First of all exactly what components is a cnc servo system made up of ?
Second , I'm building a bench top milling machine and would like a 4-axis cnc system. I have already seen the stepper motor stuff and feel there is not enough power or speed. I need a true closed loop servo drive. However, dont want to spend $4000 per axis. Any input,help? I'll take it...
