Hi, I am looking for a complete 3-phase inverter circuit including the rectification parts and the mains protection (used for 3-phase induction motor. One example is the IRPT1056D by IR, but they do provide schematic. Also, I suspect the IR2132J chip that is used may not switch properly at very low PWM frequency. Any help will be most welcome.
