Thanks for the reply. Your explanation sounds perfectly logical, but if this problem has been going on for a long time, and to many people, you would think that a big company like UPS would correct the problem. And if nobody bothers to look at the boxes that are checked on the Waybills, then what good are they? (rhetorical question). There are a few other things I don't like about UPS that I find attractive with FedEx. For instance, When I send a COD package, FedEx returns my payment in ONE business day. UPS can take up to two weeks, and they return the payment via the Postal Service! I do have an account with FedEx, and they only come for a pickup when I call them. UPS comes every day whether you need them or not (Stupid, huh?). The major reason why I use UPS, in spite of their problems, is they are much cheaper than FedEx for most services.
