My wife has aluminum cookware. The machine screw holding the lid handle in place finally sheered off. I am having a tough time finding a replacement aluminum screw. Will a stainless steel screw work- or will the hot, steamy atmosphere lead to electrolysis?

Thanks in advance.

Greg
