As a part of our pipeline integrity management system we are conducting DCVG survey of high risk ranking pipelines to check the failure location of pipeline coating. Consequently the temperature, pipe dia and the size of damage areas vary as following.

·Operating temperature varies from 100 to 200 deg F.
·Pipe line dia varies from 3'' to 10''
·Damage or disbonded PE coating area varies from 1/2'' to 72''. (These values have been obtained from past surveys)

. Please share your experience in this reference and advise what will be the best safe and timely repair solution
