please give me some salts or inhibitor or powders which can be used by disolving with water at the time of water sudden quenching of rebar at 980 degree centigrade and then it will be kept in air , after which its outer surface temperature will first decrease to 250 degree then will increase to 600 degree by trannsfer of heat from inner core and then it will cool slowly to room tempr.
Requirement : Formation of a passive layer by the salt or powder in water which will protect corrosion which can endure high temperature and it should be soluble with water.
