Most rotory axes use decimal degrees per minute for a feed rate when using G94 sytle of feed codes in combination with a linear move.
Feed rate= Degrees of rotation/(actual move distance/desired feed rate). There is also a formula to calculate the actual move distance. Contact me if you need it.
