we have a bridgeport cnc 1 series mill in our shop.there is a "transistor bridge" of 4 transistor for each axis. the x-axis transistors seem to fail very often. when i change the transistor and diode it can burn up in a minute - i can hardly work with it anymore. have anybody faced similar problems ? what to do ?
