Subject: Milling 440 stainless steel

Milling a 3/8 slot, .150 deep. Using a carbide endmill at
about 2000 rpm, at .010 cuts. Lots of coolant. I am getting
horrible cutting edge chipping. Any thoughts on what I am
doing wrong. Thanks
