I have a number of Mazak turning centres all equipped with Kitagawa three jaw self centering chucks. Im seeking to find any tooling available to assist in a quick method of positioning the jaws for any given diameter to be gripped. Please can anyone advise if this is available and where or a tried and tested method that can be manufactured inhouse.
