Subject: Stress relieving of EN 24 during the turning process

Turning sq thread and acme lead screws, long studs etc.
While turning/dia reduction this material stress relieves
and one is forced to reduce speed/feed/plenty coolant/traveling steady/turn around workpiece/ etc etc
Does anyone kwow of workable cures other than nomalising
as the above materialis supplied condit.T. and don't want to destroy this property. Any ideas/hints
