I'm using the rs232 connection to communicate from my pc to my cnc. I'm using Bobcad 16 for my post. I'm having problems with some of the canned cycles and incremental position. For the canned cycles, bobcad automaticly generates a z axis value on each line, anilam does not want that. so I edit the z from each line.I can live with that. the default is absalute and to use incremental I have to edit that switch at the cnc controller. has anyone figured out how to put the switch from absolute to incremental at the pc within bobcad 16.
