This material is a first class bear to machine and worse to drill. I would suggest using an insert style drill if possible. You MUST keep the SFM low, around 25 to 30 SFM and use a heavy chip load around .010 to .015" per tooth. One you start cutting dont stop. The material work hardens at the drop of a hat.
