To be of some help here I need a bit more info.

1. What material
2. What turning operations are required eg just turning the diameter, screw cutting, grooving etc. etc.
3. What type of turning tools have you available. eg Carbide inserts or high speed steel
4. How long is the tube
5. What tolerances you require to achieve
6. What surface finnish
