Andy--
As you well know, circular interpolation will not result in a perfectly round hole. That's a fantasy. If you NEED a truely round hole, you need to BORE it. I'm talking of a .005mm roundness or better tolerance.
I believe that the person that asked the original question would be better off boring to get the optimum result.
