Dear Mahesh,
We don't think there is need of using any coolant for tapping on cast iron. Have you tried coated taps for the same. Balinit FUTURA coated taps can machine dry. But to know the exact requirement of the application if possible reply with the following details-
Tap size, Cutting parameters, tapping depth & if hole is blind or through etc.
