I am looking for some "off the shelf" threaded bushings to act as a nosecone for a power hand-held wire stripper being designed to strip small wires (28-16 awg). If you've ever used a manual or automatic pull-riveter, they have small threaded cones that are changed out for the diamter or rivet you are using. The three features are: a hex head to put a wrench around, a threaded body, and an appropriately sized hole. These need to be small, about a 1/4-28 thread or smaller with holes ranges from about .030" to about .130". Overall length about 3/8". Any suggestions? Don't need to many so looking for a standard item.
