My uncle gave me a Hammond L-112 organ and a Leslie.

Everything worked fine. It is quite old but sounded amazing. My father in law owns a B3 so he was able to make it sound really good!

A friend of mine was playing it and the sound suddenly became very strange changing pitch as the keys were pressed. It sounded like a record being slowed down and sped up again. Then it suddenly stopped
making any sound at all and hasn't worked since. I am very sad about this because now the organ has become just a space hog in my living
room. I don't know what to do about this. Should I get it fixed? whom would I call to fix it? Can I afford to get it fixed? should I
take it to the dump? Should I sell it on ebay as is? I just don't know what to do with this thing.

Any suggestions? or does anybody know what the problem may be? I
should add that the organ has not been maintained properly for a number of years.
