Please let me introduce myself.
I am occupied with high density circuits and would like to offer my new designs in the sphere ThermoElectric Cooler (TEC) Controllers, DC heaters and Laser Diode Drivers, Green, Visible and Infrared beam modules.
I have designs of different laser diode drivers (APC and ACC circuits) for different laser diodes with currents:
Up to 0.5Amp;
Up to 1.0Amp;
Up to 1.5Amp;
Up to 2.5Amp;
Up to 5.0Amp;
Up to 10.0Amp.

For an example, I have design High Efficiency, Low Noise, High power density driver for laser diode, size is very compact, PCB: 12mmx12mm with current Up to 2.5Amp.
Also, I have design High Efficiency, Low Noise, High power density driver for laser diode, size is very compact, PCB: 18mmx14mm with current Up to 6.0Amp.
Also, I am occupied with high density of Proportional Control, Proportional-Integral (PI) Control, Proportional-Integral-Derivative (PID) Control circuits.
I offer you my new designs, PID Controller for TEC, size is very compact, PCB size: 15mmx15mm or diameter 20mm, suitable for various OEM applications.
These products tune or stabilize sensitive optical components in applications that include frequency tunable fiber optic lasers, photo detectors, waveguides and other dense wavelength division multiplexing (DWDM) components.

Two of them I enclosed features of Ultra-compact laser driver with current 6.0 amp and of TEC Controller with current 3.0 amp, which are compatible for laser modules.

NEW ULTRA-COMPACT LASER DRIVERThis laser driver is capable of delivering up to 6A continuous current at up to 95% efficiency.This laser driver is an integrated, full-featured synchronous switching with output voltage adjustable from 1.0V to 3.8V. The laser driver is APC circuit, CW-mode.The laser driver operates at a constant frequency pulse width modulation (PWM) mode.On-chip resistor less current sensing enables current mode control, which provides cycle-by-cycle current limiting, over-current protection, and excellent step load response. The laser driver features power tracking, which makes the start-up sequencing of multiple converters possible.A junction temperature indicator conveniently monitors the silicon die temperature.The laser driver is specified for operation over the -40°C to +85°C temperature range.The laser driver can supply up to 6A continuous output current without the use of external power devices or externally attached heat sinks, thereby minimizing design effort and overall system cost.On-chip resistor less current sensing is used to achieve stable, highly efficient, current-mode control.
