NEW CONSTRUCTION TEC MODULE FOR C-BLOCK LASER DIODES
New Construction TE cooler with the C-block (or open heat sink) has been developed as a compact means of using a laser diode for various applications, where stability of the optical output is important. This TE cooler with the C-block allows maximized temperature rise of the laser, and consequently it may be used with laser diodes up to 3.5 Watts CW optical output power.
Standard package Boston Laser Inc., which has been engineered with a TE cooler allows control the temperature of laser diodes only up to 2 Watts optical power.
New Construction TE cooler with the C-block maybe used as the sub-mount in TO-3, HHL and other, for heightened CW optical output power.
In many packages: TO-3 Package - (6 pin or 2 pin), HHL and other packages possible to use new TE cooler with the C-block.
It is a enough revolutionary method and solution of a construction TE cooler of high-quality cool-off the C-block, for many manufacturers of lasers, as Boston Laser Inc., Semiconductor Laser International, SDL, SONY, Coherent, High Power Devices, Optopower, Mitsui Chemical and other.
Offered new TEC module for C-Block Laser Diodes may be used by many manufacturers of TE coolers, as TE Technology inc., Welengthelectronics, Melcor, and other.
