I've got a big problem from "my instrument"(a similar 220-5V power supply):hot line has a RC low pass filter,the same to neutral,so ac ground got 110V voltage,when I connected this ground to pe,a terrible thing happened:powering off?I want to measure output signal,I don't know how to approach ac ground,pe and the ground of analyzer?
