Although i have a suspicion your post is some kind of a light hearted joke, you can get most the circuitry you need from data sheets of high precision instrumentation amplifiers.

I believe Burr Brown do inst. amps specifically for ECG front ends. Take a look at some of their amps / e-mail them.
