hello!
i'm looking for a manual's guide about test chip design focusing on analog cmos circuit. the purpose is to charaterize and extract parameters of bsim3v3 model. I know there is standard procedure but I don't find the document called JESSI report AC 41.94.3 or something like that.
if you have this technical guide in pdf format could you send by email or tell me on what www site I can find it.
