1) Power cable this should be obvious
2) Phone jack for phone cable. Just buy a phone
cable from Radio Shack. If you have doubts buy the six wire one.
3) A RS232 cable. This goes from your modem to the back of your computer. If you want to know what the wires are I will dig up the url. If you have a modem then you probably don't need a null modem. It is just a wiring twist that allows (more or less) two computers to talk to one another.
You can also get a RS232 cable from Radio Shack. Make sure the "sex" are compatable; although most modems will have the correct connection for Male/Female cable to the computer. Also check the number of pins.

I have no idea how much you want to know.
