Searching through the hardware, I have found a switch on "JANCD-CP11" board with three positions:
-MAINT
-NORM
-PARAM
The switch was on NORM and after testing the two other modes I have found some piece of information but still not sure what to do. Shouldn't be a maintenance manual with the controller or is this something extra?

I would also like to have total control through RS232, is this possible? Any protocol for this?
