Let me inform about : super compact gear, plastic gear, super compact CVT
Dear Sirs,
We are looking for partners for joint patenting of
a new wave gear ( based on harmonic drive ).
With small sizes and weight the said gear has range of
single stage ratios from 1 to about 500.
Workload can be increases by 10 times and more. *
For example,
- New Wave Gear with circumscribe diameter about 100 mm, about 60 mm longwise, steel flexspline and ratio 100 can have following load rates: max. output torque about 2500 Nm and static torque about 5500 Nm (and more).
- NWG with circumscribe diameter about 250 mm, about 150 mm longwise,
steel flexspline and ratio 20 can have following load rates: max. output torque about 20000 Nm and static torque about 50000 Nm ( and much more) .
- NWG with circumscribe diameter about 40 mm, about 25 mm longwise,
and ratio 100 can have following load rates: max. output torque about 60 Nm and static torque about 120 Nm ( and much more) .
Other advantages of harmonic drive are inherited: high kinematic precision and small number of elements; lower requirements of production precision; durability and lower cost at commercial production; smoothness and noiselessness of rotation.
Kinematic accuracy and maximum input speed can be increases.No special equipment required. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________
* That is why it is possible to manufacture toothed parts of plastic or composite material even for high power moment gears.
2. We are also looking for partners for joint patenting and development
of wave variator , variable transmission based on harmonic drive.
Super compact package (or very powerful gear ) and simple design
with alteration of gear ratio
from 1 to infinity (stop-operation) for friction / traction gear.
It is a super compact and lightweight automatic stepless transmission
for a range of mechanisms in metallurgy, machine-building, in textile, printing, paper-making and other industries, as well as for automobiles and other vehicles .
Availability of stop-operation and widest diapason of variation make it far more dynamic while acceleration and more smooth while city-driving in traffic jam. No any clutch devices required. With lightweight it far more fuel-efficient than any other transmissions.
