I am glad to see you using rf2713. I use it too. But it do not work well. I input its LO is 140MHZ and Vpp about 0.8v ,the IF expected is 70MHZ QPSK signal, the baseband is 5MHZ its Vpp is0.6v, I used it according to the PDF file .the Vcc is 3v,
