The place to start your search is http://www.mpif.org/. This is the Metal Powder Industries Federation. Click on the buyer's guide and you will be able to search for equipment suppliers. Suppliers include ones that supply mixers, injection molders, debinding ovens, sintering furnaces, HIP units, and secondary operation equipment. I am guessing the total package will cost $150,000 to $500,000 USD. The total cost depends on the size of the equipment, computer controls on the equipment, installation cost, and new vs. used equipment.
