You have asked two excellent questions.

For the first part, I answer by saying that there is a great difference between the technical know-how of MIM and the manufacturing discipline of MIM. The first hurdle is simply being able to make a good MIM part. After that there is the much higher hurdle of distilling the MIM technology into a repeatable production practice capable of producing many different parts to specifications, with on time delivery, and in quantity.

As for your second question, the answer will depend upon an estimate of what business level you will start with and how quickly you would like to grow.
There are many questions that require at least an estimated answer. Will this be a ramp up from a small number of pieces, or do you have high quantities production parts ready to be converted?

We have conquered these hurdles and we can teach the MIM technical and manufacturing disciplines. We can provide equipment and sources of raw materials. We can assist in developing your business planning.
